Healing the historic wounds between the Americas, Europe, and Africa seems like the elephant in the living room that has been ignored for centuries. The Spirit of violence, ignorance, greed, and oppression fueled America and Europe's economy while simultaneously extracting the life force of my African ancestors. Now and forever more I am a vessel of service through my work, an individual on a soul journey dedicated to honoring and respecting the oppression and struggle of those who came before me. Africa is me. Mama Earth is me. She is hurting, her pain is mine.

Ayiti (Haiti) Update: Christian and Erin Behr
Christian, The Mama, Erin
Christian and Erin Behr my ambassadors of social justice and hope for Haiti had a fabulous time as Global Citizens making their third trip to Ayiti in three years. Christian and Erin are twin souls that have such an appreciation for life it is contagious! Warning: you will never be the same. You are now inspired to take action and help us co-create a world we can celebrate in and be free. Feeling free was the topic of conversation between Christian and I during Girdwood’s annual forest fair celebration among the trees under the Alaska midnight sun. Of course the conversation turned to Erin Behr who is blessed with the ability to BE free. I love her Spirit and feel honored to reside inside of her heart. Since spending time in Haiti these past three years, I have witnessed her transformation and watched her grow wings. I knew Christian Behr was an angel by the way his hair moves in synchronicity with the magnetic energy that spills from his crown chakra. Christian is always telling a gut busting tale of adventure that I look forward to every Friday night on his radio show on KUEL FM88.9. They are so fun to be with. In the words of Erin and Christian Behr “Rad”.

Mama Blessings Black History Month February newsletter was dedicated to the ancestors and has turned into a full time intention. Remember this fact?
In the early 1990's a slave burial ground was found in NYC in close proximity to the world trade center. 10,000 bodies of slaves were uncovered. 45-50% of the bodies were children under 12 years old.
